Purchasing and Planning Menu
Planning the perfect drink menu for your event doesn’t have to be stressful. Share your guest count and vision with us, and we’ll create a well-crafted cocktail menu tailored to your celebration. We’ll provide you with precise instructions on exactly what to purchase for alcohol, and everything else needed to bring your bar to life. Our goal is to ensure you have the right amount of everything without overspending, offering detailed guidance and follow-up consultations at no extra cost to you.
Setting Up & Breaking Down
On the day of your event, we’ll take care of all the details, including the delivery and pick-up of any pre-ordered alcohol. Our team arrives two hours before the event starts to ensure that all beer, wine, and mixers are properly chilled and ready to serve. We’ll collaborate with you on the setup, ensuring a smooth, professional bar experience for your guests. And when the celebration is over, we handle the breakdown—packing up any leftover beverages and coordinating with the event organizers to ensure everything is properly stored or returned. You’ll have peace of mind knowing we’ve got everything under control from start to finish.
Equipment & Bar Rentals
Included in our service is access to all the essential equipment you need, such as coolers, beverage dispensers, and all the basic barware required to craft signature cocktails. For an extra touch of style, we also offer rentals like our vintage camper, whiskey barrel bar, and champagne wall to make your event truly unforgettable.
